I´m passionate about supporting founders with building strong teams, focusing on social intelligence and cross-cultural team building as well as offering a different perspective to founders in the male dominated world of Venture Capitalists. I have served on numerous boards of early stage companies, have managerial experience from publicly traded, privately held and venture capital backed companies in the States, Sweden and Iceland. I´m an engineer by trade and hold registered IPs. I´m a Med tech and health enthusiast and have operational experience in product development from concept work, through project management, marketing and business development.
